Venner trodser regnen sammen

In Changing Room 3 at Skjold Contemporary, the artist group H.Å.M (Hannah Amalie Nielsen, Åse Eg Jørgensen & Mette Damm) invites the audience into a sensuous and playful universe where memory, movement, and community intertwine.

Drawing on the world of team sports—both as physical practice and social space—H.Å.M has created an installation populated by “players” of different generations: grandparents, parents, coach, and children. Through objects, textiles, music, and atmospheres, the work revolves around the energy of childhood, freedom, and the longing for recognition and belonging.

The exhibition includes, among other things, an “object blanket,” scarves, reworked football jerseys and towels, as well as a song written especially for the occasion, based on short interviews with football-playing children. Visitors can listen to the song in the exhibition space. The work draws connections to team sports, organized training, and spontaneous play—as well as to the relationships that bind us together across generations.
